Interim Ottawa Police Chief Steve Bell asked to Resign due to Cover-up of Rape Posting and Arrest

It’s Alleged that Steve Bell covered up the posting, His own relative accused and arrested the wrong person for the posting and finally Steve Bell Blocked the Rape posting from becoming public.

Interim Ottawa Police Chief Steve Bells Involvement in a rape posting in which various individuals made commentary about a sleeping female being raped in her bed and somehow arrested someone after falsely accusing him of the posting.

After 5.5 months of incarceration and being accused of the heinous posting, Steve Bells relative openly admitted that he arrested the wrong person and it was found that the person was not involved in the matter. This person is a federal lobbyist and when he was accused of the posting, the police disclosure blocked out the names and the pictures of the individuals making the Facebook comments.

The comments on the posting were very serious and made inferences to sexually assaulting the sleeping female, along with comments including ‘bitch is about to be raped”, along with ‘no brakes on the rape train”. SEE BELOW.

The individuals once again professed his innocence and was told after 5.5 months that he would be released immediately (that day), if he would plead guilty for criminal harassment. The individual professed his innocence while pleading, but indicated that pleading would release him on that day.

The crown also alleged that the individual sent 60-70 emails, which the federal lobbyist denied and said that he sent approximately 10x emails over the course of 7 years after the police officer indicated for the federal lobbyist to contact him on his phone in the email. When the police indicated the federal lobbyist, the posting of the names and pictures were blocked out (see above posting Blocked Out Posting). The federal lobbyist professed his innocence and indicated that there is no way that he would write vulgar commentary about a sleeping underage female.

When released, he searched for the posting without success, until one night he saw one of the names in his Facebook and searched on google, only to find the actual posting was still posted, however still the names and the pictures of the individuals making comments about raping the unknown sleeping female was blocked out.

The individual deployed a friend who is an ex-police officer and a private investigator who indicated that you can see a web archive of anything that is posted on www.wayback.archive.org

This meant that you could see the posting in the past and after doing so, the names of each of the individuals appeared.

The federal lobbyist was innocent, he never made the comments and his actual Facebook profile was not even in the posting itself.

When the individual attempted to clear his name, his probation officer would not take evidence of the posting, nor would the OPP Walkerton Division take evidence of the posting. The names of the federal lobbyist have been concealed, along with the name of the arresting officer due to a publication ban.

The federal lobbyist is seeking legal assistance to arbitrate the matter thru civil court to find reasonable compensation and likely sue both the Waterloo Regional Police Service, OPP and the Canadian Armed Forces.

It’s alleged in the civil suit that Interim Chief Steve Bells relative was directly responsible for the wrongful arrest, wrongful adjudication and the cover-up of the actual posting after the federal lobbyist was released.

The federal lobbyist has contacted both the Prime Minister of Canada, Premier of Ontario, Justice Minister of Canada and the Attorney General of Canada to seek reasonable compensation. He has asked that Interim Chief Steve Bell step down from his post at the Ottawa Police Services, however it is unknown if Chief Steve Bell will accommodate this request, respectively.
